Shipping policy

PRINT CLUB SHIPPING SCHEDULE To keep our community organised and ensure everyone receives their exclusive illustrations at the same time, we follow a strict monthly schedule:

  • Monthly Deadline: You must subscribe by the 30th of the month to receive the current cycle's print.

  • Shipping Date: All club prints are dispatched globally at the start of the next month.

  • Delivery Estimates: For UK orders, expect your print within 3–5 working days of dispatch. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your location.

GENERAL STORE ORDERS For one-off purchases, such as past prints or stationery:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship worldwide from our base in London.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that for international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your local customs office.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have selected a tracked shipping service, your tracking number will be included in this email.

PACKAGING We take great care to ensure your designs arrive in perfect condition. All prints are shipped in protective, plastic-free, and reinforced packaging to prevent bending or moisture damage during transit.

MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your order has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.
